Anti-Wnt Antibody (Ipafricept)
Featured Products
Ipafricept is a recombinant fusion protein that acts as an inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway. It consists of a modified form of the extracellular domain of the human Frizzled 8 receptor (Fzd8) linked to the Fc portion of a human IgG1 antibody. This fusion protein is designed to bind to Wnt ligands, thereby preventing them from activating the Wnt signaling pathway, which is often associated with the development and progression of a variety of cancers. Ipafricept is currently in clinical trials to investigate its potential use in the treatment of solid tumors and other malignancies.
