Human Myeloperoxidase/MPO ELISA Kit
Human myeloperoxidase (MPO) protein, a peroxidase found in leukocytes encoded by the MPO gene on human chromosome 17, is an important component of polymorphonuclear leukocytes and is essential for bactericidal activity in a variety of organisms. First, MPO deficiency can lead to the development of hereditary diseases with body-related immunodeficiency. Secondly, the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis and other diseases also has a lot to do with MPO levels. Therefore, MPO can be used as a diagnostic indicator for the occurrence of related diseases and provide diagnostic help for the treatment of related diseases.
At present, this kit is mainly used to specifically detect the content of cytokines in human serum, plasma, cell or tissue lysate, or cell culture supernatant.
