Hyper Gibson Assembly Cloning Kit
DNA seamless cloning is a new generation of cloning methods, based on the principle of terminal homologous recombination of inserted fragments and linearized vectors, allowing DNA fragments to be accurately inserted into any site of the plasmid vector without leaving any additional base sequence. This technique differs from the traditional restriction enzyme-ligase cloning methods, which usually leave redundant sequences at the insertion site, such as the restriction enzyme cleavage site.
The Gibson Assembly Cloning Kit is easy to use, requiring only the preparation of linearized vectors and insertion fragments of 15-25 bp overlapping sequences that are identical to both ends of the vector. The single fragment cloning can be completed in as little as 5 minutes, and the positive rate is higher than 95%. The cofactor added in mix component of this kit can effectively improve the clone positive rate, and the optimized reaction system can tolerate impurities contained in unpurified PCR products to a certain extent. In addition, this kit provides additional linearized plasmids and DNA fragments with overlapping sequences at both ends, which can be seamlessly recombined directly for positive control.
