Methyl green is an alkaline dye. It can bind to the nuclei, causing the nuclei to be green in color. Methyl Green Staining Solution is commonly employed in tissue or cultured cell staining procedures, and it stains the nuclei green. This solution can be used in conjunction with immunofluorescence or immunohistochemical staining. This solution can stain at least 200 samples.
The staining efficiency of this solution is shown in Figure 1.
